Adam Ware is a seasoned HR professional with over ten years of experience in human capital development, strategic management, and project management. Since joining Balqiis in 2024, he has provided expert human capital development (HCD) advisory across the company’s portfolio, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and fostering inclusive work environments.
Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from SIMAD University, Somalia, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Gazi University, Turkey. He is highly certified, possessing credentials such as PMP, Professional Human Resource (PHRi), Certified Manager (CM), Chartered Manager (C.Mgr.®), Certified Supervisor (CS), Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHRi), Certified HR Generalist, and Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist. Throughout his career, Adam has successfully developed HR policies and procedures for organizations like Baraarug Library, Somali Development and Reconstruction Bank, Asal Solutions, and the National Identification and Registration Authority (NIRA). His expertise in HR policy development, strategic planning, and talent acquisition has significantly contributed to the growth and success of these organizations.
